About Magnus
I work as a coach, trainer and non-duality teacher. My foundation is in behavioural science and I am a PCC coach (ICF) with a deep interest in personal development and the nature of consciousness. At the moment I am also deepening my academic ground by studying for a Master's degree in psychology.
My professional journey has been varied – from IT nerd to hotel entrepreneur in Spain, and for the last twelve years with a focus on coaching, training and leadership development. In my current work I weave together elements from non-duality, mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing® and family constellations.
In parallel, for more than 30 years, I have had an intense inner and spiritual search, with sources of inspiration such as Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramana Maharshi, Bernadette Roberts, Osho, Eckhart Tolle and Sri Hans Raj Maharaji. A journey that took me from Osho Therapist Training in India in the early 2000s and courses and assisting roles at the retreat centres RISK and BaraVara, to a bachelor's degree in psychology, several coaching certifications and studies in trauma therapy.
When I met the Dutch advaita teacher Hans Laurentius almost two years ago, my search for my true nature intensified. It resulted in a permanent shift in consciousness that fundamentally changed my experience of who I am and how I relate to life – an integration process that is still ongoing.
Here I put some words on that shift, for those who are interested.
Today I explore how I can share my experiences and insights in a way that helps others towards more freedom, clarity and expansion.

Voices from clients
One of your absolute strengths is how at ease you are in yourself and in what you do. It shines through so clearly, yet never feels distant. You create an atmosphere where you immediately feel completely included, seen and part of it – never on the outside.
Ulf
I find your work so neutral, free, genuine, playful and at the same time deeply personal. A very difficult and very good combination.

Through Magnus' work, people become truly aware, and awareness is an essential part of life and leadership. When you anchor in that awareness, you operate from a place of true responsibility and clarity. That is one of the greatest gains of his training.
